ITINERARY

Today, you will be picked up and transferred from Cusco airport to your hotel. Upon arrival, we will welcome you with a special introduction to the tour, which will include a warm welcome circle. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and excited to explore the rich culture and stunning landscapes of Cusco.

On this very special day, we will carry out the offering to Pachamama, known in our Quechua language as Haywaricuy; that will take place in the hotel .This ritual not only marks the beginning of our retreat in the Andes but also deeply connects us with the land and our ancestral roots.

During the ceremony, our teacher will share valuable knowledge about the importance of honoring Pachamama and how we can express our gratitude to her. Additionally, we will learn to create our Matay Ushnu (personal altar).

As we prepare for this process, it will be an opportunity to reflect on our intentions and desires while immersing ourselves in the wisdom of our ancestors.

Without a doubt, it will be a day full of meaning, learning, and energy work, opening the doors to a transformative experience in this beautiful natural setting.

Our tour begins at the Inkari Museum, a space dedicated to the history and culture of ancient Peruvians. Here, we will discover the evolution of Andean civilizations through interactive exhibits and artifacts. Close to this beautiful place is the archaeological center of Urco and an altar for water.

Next, after a delicious lunch, we will visit the Andean Sound Workshop, where we will learn about the power of sound and Andean music. Here, we will experience the importance of music in Andean culture.

After picking you up from your hotel at 8:00 a.m., we will head to Chinchero. First, we will visit the Textile Center, where local weavers will teach us the ancestral art of Andean textiles.

Next, we will proceed to the archaeological center of Chinchero, a place full of history and sacred energy. There, at one of the revered altars, we will receive saminchacuy, a blessing and initiation ritual that will connect us with the wisdom of our apus and ancestors.

This moment is of great importance as it allows us to open ourselves to receive the gifts of the Cosmic Father and Mother. Finally, we will head to the Ollantaytambo station and take our train to Aguas Calientes.

After a delicious breakfast, we will take a bus to the majestic Citadel of Machu Picchu, known as โ€œThe Crystal Condor.โ€ After a 25-minute journey, we will present our tickets and passports. Our guide will take us to the best viewpoints during a tour of approximately 2 hours, highlighting the spiritual significance of the place for the Incas.

Afterward, we will return to Aguas Calientes for lunch and then take the train back to Ollantaytambo, where a private bus will take us to our hotel.

If you wish to hike to Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu, remember to book your tickets in advance.

We will start at Qoricancha, or the Temple of the Sun. After the Spanish conquest, it became the base of the Santo Domingo convent. In Inca times, this temple was the most important.

Next, we will visit Sacsayhuamรกn. This impressive structure features enormous carved stones, some reaching heights of 9 meters and weighing over 100 tons.

We will then explore the archaeological park of Qenqo, a site dedicated to Mother Earth, carved from a single block of stone, with ceremonial centers where they would place their mummies.

Our journey continues to the Temple of the Moon and the Temple of the Condor, two significant spiritual sites. The Temple of the Moon, located in the hills above Cusco, is dedicated to lunar worship and reflects the Incas’ love for the moon.

In contrast, the Temple of the Condor symbolizes freedom and power, with stonework resembling a condor in flight.

Today, we will start the tour at 6:15 a.m. and head to the Cusco terminal to take the bus, which will take approximately 10 hours with stops along the way. The first stop will be in Andahuaylillas, also known as the Sistine Chapel of the Andes due to the beauty of its murals, gold leaf work, and paintings from the Cusco School.

The second stop is Raqchi, also known as the Temple of the god WIRACOCHA. Here, we will find the highest number of Colcas (granaries) and see magnificent stone and adobe structures. During the journey, we will stop for lunch.

Continuing on, the next stop is La Raya, followed by the Pucarรก Lithic Museum, where we will find ceramics and sculptures representing zoomorphic figures, including the famous HATUNร‘AQAC sculpture, which translates to “the supreme executor” in our times.

Finally, after 10 hours of travel, we will arrive in Puno and head to the hotel.

This morning, we will visit the Aramu Muru Door in the Valley of Spirits, navigating through rock formations resembling a snake and a puma to connect with different energies of the world.

We will pass through the mysterious Valley of Spirits to reach the Door, believed to be a portal to other dimensions, where we will participate in a ceremony for personal growth and transformation, with a connection to the medicine of wachuma.

Afterward, we will continue to Inca Uyo, or Temple of Fertility, a sacred rectangular site for Pachamama rituals and sun worship.

Start your morning with the sunrise before embarking on a private boat trip across Lake Titicaca to the Uros Islands, made of totora and home to the Uros people.

These islands, which were originally mobile defense systems, now attract visitors to learn about the ancient traditions and simple lifestyle of the Uros.

Next, we will visit Amantanรญ Island, known for its kantuta flowers; climbing the mountain peaks (Pachatata and Pachamama) is optional to see the ancient ruins. The terraced slopes of the island are used for agriculture.

This journey offers the opportunity to connect with ancestral wisdom and reflect on the experience, and we will spend the night in Amantanรญ.

After breakfast, we will have our offering to Pachamama and Pachatata, thanking them for all the blessings and gifts received during this retreat. We will leave Amantanรญ for our transfer to Puno.
In the evening, we will have our farewell dinner.

Our private transport service will safely and comfortably take you from your hotel to the airport at the agreed time.
You will return with renewed energy, clarity, and a profound sense of well-being as you say goodbye to this land that has given you the power of true healing. You will carry with you lasting memories and new friendships that will endure a lifetime.
