ITINERARY
This day you will be picked up from the airport and then go to your hotel, this day you will need to acclimatize so we recommend that you drink a coca or muna tea and eat light food.
Join us on this special day with our welcome circle, in the best Qori Qilka Adventures style.
The ceremony with the offering to Mother Earth (Pachamama) will begin with your pick-up from the hotel at 8:00 a.m. from there we will depart to the place where the offering will be made (Chinchero).
You will observe how the Master prepares the offering with love, his prayers and many blessings and you will participate in each moment, learning and sending all your intentions towards the offering and we will also ask for the work with Wachuma medicine to be much more blessed. At the end of the preparation of this offering it will be offered to the Mother Earth and to the Apus in the sacred fireplaces.
After presenting our offering to the sacred fire, we will proceed to the lunch location. Following the meal, we will visit a local textile center, where we will learn about the intricate process of weaving traditional Andean textiles in Chinchero. Our next stop will be the Palace of the Tenth Inca Ruler, Tupac Yupanqui. Before concluding with a return to the hotel
Our day begins with your pick up from your hotel at 8:00 am to go to Killarumiyoc, during the course you will have beautiful views of what is part of the Andes of Cusco and obviously your guide will be giving you some information interesting in the area.
Upon arriving at the ceremony center, the teacher will give you an introduction to the medicine of Wachuma (San Pedro). They will talk about its origins, history, our purpose and intentions. In a few words, it will be a time to share ancestral knowledge, so that later he will serve you the medicine.
The ceremony will last between 6 to 7 hours, depending on your process and how you feel. After lunch and to finish our beautiful day of ceremony, you will be taken to your hotel.
After enjoying a delicious breakfast, we will head to the archaeological center of Pisac, an iconic site that offers stunning panoramic views of the Sacred Valley.
Next, we will visit the Sounds of the Andes Workshop, where we will learn about the power of sound and Andean music. Here, we will experience the importance of music in Andean culture.
After this enriching experience, we will continue our tour to the Inkariy Museum, a space dedicated to the history and culture of ancient Peruvians. Here, we will discover the evolution of Andean civilizations through interactive exhibits and artifacts.
Finally and after the lunch we will conclude our tour with a return to your hotel.
Today we have the honor of celebrating our second Wachuma ceremony at the Hummingbird Sanctuary, located in the Sacred Valley.

The Hummingbird Sanctuary, surrounded by stunning natural landscapes, becomes the perfect setting for this transformative experience. We will begin at Qoricancha, the Temple of the Sun. After the Spanish conquest, it became the base of the Santo Domingo convent. In Inca times, this temple was the most important.
Next, we will visit Sacsayhuamán. This impressive structure features enormous carved stones, some reaching heights of 9 meters and weighing over 100 tons.
Then we will explore the archaeological park of Qenqo, a site dedicated to Mother Earth. Carved from a single block of stone, it includes ceremonial centers where they would place their mummies.
Our journey continues to the Temple of the Moon and the Temple of the Condor, two significant spiritual sites. The Temple of the Moon, located in the hills above Cusco, is dedicated to lunar worship and reflects the Incas’ love for the moon.
In contrast, the Temple of the Condor symbolizes freedom and power, with its stone work resembling a condor in flight.

We want you to feel your absolute best while on the journey. We will be in altitudes varying from 3360mt (11000 ft.) – 3900mt (13,000 ft.) Here are some suggestions to help you maintain a vibrant state of health and wellbeing:

- Rest as much as possible upon arrival
- Drink coca leaf tea and herbal teas upon arrival; continue to drink it daily.
