ITINERARY
This incredible adventure will begin early, leaving Cusco by private transportation to one of the most beautiful and little visited lakes in Cusco, Singrenacocha. The color of this lake is very particular since it changes three times a year: turquoise, lead blue and green, with turquoise being the most common characteristic of the lagoon. From it it is possible to see the snow-capped mountains of Ausangate.
After visiting the lake, we will continue the hike to Pacchanta. On the way, we will have our lunch near another lake known as Armaccocha. Finally we will have a delicious dinner in Pacchanta and you also enjoy the hot springs.
Today at 8:00 am after the delicious breakfast we can begin our trip to the 7 Lakes through the Andes Mountains. Along the way we will enjoy incredible views of immense glaciers, including the imposing Ausangate at 6,384 meters above sea level (20,945 feet).
We will begin with an uphill walk to the first lake of the circuit known as Comercocha, a name originating from the Quechua language that means โgreen lake.โ Continuing the trip we will pass through other lakes: Patacocha, Azulcocha, Otorongococha, among others.
After this walk of about 15 km, we will return to the community of Pacchanta to have lunch and of course if the body wishes, continue enjoying the hot springs
The day ends with a delicious dinner.
ย
